Aerial Hoop is an alternative and fun way to gradually improve our overall strength and flexibility, through a series of preparatory strengthening exercises and aerial acrobatics. The main objectives are to get familiar with this graceful aerial art, to learn how to use our body in new ways, to improve our overall movement, having as an ultimate goal the achievement of the exercises and their combinations, using the hoop as means of expression! Each lesson includes intense body warm-up, stretching, strengthening exercises, instruction of tricks and combinations and cooling down. Aerial Hoop Elements is targeted to beginner level students. Join us to turn upside down, to stretch and to create beautiful shapes with our body!
