Aerial Jam aims to familiarize our students with the aerial arts, to assist with their strength conditioning and to improve their flexibility in a fun manner using two aerial means, the hoop and the cube!
The class includes an intense warm up of the body, stretching, strength conditioning exercises, teaching of acrobatic tricks and their combos, whilst placing the emphasis on flow and harmonic motion. Aerial Jam is geared towards beginners. We will twirl and dance in the air all the while creating beautiful shapes.
