BEAST MODE: ON is a full body strengthening and conditioning class, aiming to prepare all those whose goal is to achieve specific aerial exercises, particularly demanding in terms of strength. The class is addressed to students of all levels. The exercises are adapted to each student’s strength level. Each lesson includes warm-up followed by strengthening exercises, on the floor and on the pole (pole conditioning), using rubber bands, ΤRX straps and weights. Each time we focus on strengthening specific parts of the body, to achieve a more integrated result! Τhe lesson ends with cooling down and stretching exercises.
