Slextreme II Elite Conditioning is a class of flexibility improvement and full body strengthening, addressed to all of us who aim to achieve specific pole tricks, which are particularly demanding in terms of strength and flexibility.

Slextreme II Elite Conditioning is addressed to all levels students. The exercises are adapted to the level of strength and flexibility of each student. Each lesson includes warm-up followed by strength exercises and intense stretching, using rubber bands, straps, blocks, weights, on the floor and on the pole (pole conditioning). Each time we focus on increasing flexibility and/or strengthening of specific parts of the body, depending on the trick that we aim to conquer! Get ready to actually perform the most extreme tricks!!!
