Slextreme is a class where we can improve our flexibility and core strength. As our flexibility increases we can achieve the splits, backbends and oversplits we ever dreamed of! The lessons include intense warm-up followed by intense stretching using elastic bands, straps, blocks, the poles or simply our bodies. We strengthen our muscles and prepare accordingly so we can discover our body’s new abilities. Every time we focus on increasing the flexibility of a specific part of our body (legs- front splits and middle splits-, shoulders, upper back, etc.). Get ready to sweat, have fun, and become “human knots” and super-elastic!! Slextreme is for everybody. The exercises are modified according to the level of your flexibility.
